For LGUs that have a partnership with Meralco and are already implementing the Electronic CFEI project, your CFEI will be submitted online by the LGU directly to Meralco.

If your LGU issues a printed or manually generated CFEI, you must first have this sealed before you submit it to a Meralco Business Center.

You may now sign and submit the contract for electric service without the need to commute or line-up in our Business Centers. A digital copy of the contract can be accessed via the My Meralco app upon approval of service entrance. A notification will be sent via email and SMS.
